This article details the entire process of introducing a polyurethane high-frequency screen at the Mongolian Mining Corporation coal washing plant, which faced challenges such as low screening efficiency, frequent blockage, and unstable clean coal quality. From the background requirements, equipment selection, installation and commissioning, to actual application results, this article systematically demonstrates the excellent performance of the polyurethane high-frequency screen in fine coal dehydration and coal slime classification. Data comparisons demonstrate its advantages in improving screening efficiency, reducing maintenance costs, enhancing operational stability, and delivering significant economic benefits. This case study demonstrates that the polyurethane high-frequency screen not only resolves production bottlenecks but also promotes the green and low-carbon development of coal washing processes, with broad industry application value
