Their fine mesh captures micron-sized gold and iron particles, with a screening efficiency of 95%+—critical for maximizing mineral recovery. The quick-clamp system allows for tool-free replacement, cutting downtime to 15 minutes per panel.



    Made from high-density polyurethane, these screens resist chemical corrosion from flotation reagents, lasting 8x longer than metal in wet processing. Their color-coded design (orange for fine) simplifies inventory management, while the anti-static properties reduce dust buildup in dry conditions.
