The screens’ polyurethane material resists abrasion from sharp iron particles, lasting 3x longer than rubber alternatives. Their trapezoidal aperture design ensures particles exit quickly, reducing residence time and improving throughput.
Equipped with metal hooks, these screens fit most vibrating screens, with a 1040mm x 700mm footprint as standard. In wet processing, they resist rust and mineral buildup, maintaining consistent performance for 8+ months.
