Their trapezoidal aperture design ensures particles exit quickly, reducing residence time and improving throughput.



    Equipped with metal hooks, these screens fit most vibrating screens, with a 1040mm x 700mm footprint as standard. In wet processing, they resist rust and mineral buildup, maintaining consistent performance for 8+ months. The screens’ flexibility allows them to absorb vibration, reducing noise to 60dB—well below OSHA limits—enhancing workplace safety.
