Ceramic filter plates are the core filtration components of vacuum ceramic filter systems, designed for high-efficiency solid-liquid separation in mining, chemical processing, and environmental applications.
Manufactured from high-grade Al₂O₃ (alumina) or SiC (silicon carbide) through high-temperature sintering (1500–2100°C), these plates feature a uniform microporous structure with interconnected capillary channels.
This unique structure enables selective permeability—allowing liquid to pass while retaining solids and preventing air penetration—resulting in excellent dewatering performance and low moisture content.
