Spray System
HUATAO provides customized Mining Spray Systems designed for dust prevention and airborne dust suppression in demanding mining and mineral processing environments. Depending on the application, the system can be configured with spray nozzles, spray bars, headers, piping, filters, valves, pumps and automatic controls to deliver targeted water or atomized mist exactly where dust is generated.
Mining, crushing, screening and bulk material handling can generate significant amounts of airborne dust at transfer points, crushers, conveyors, stockpiles and loading areas. An effective Mining Dust Suppression System needs to control dust at its source while avoiding excessive water addition, material carryback and unnecessary maintenance.
Our Grinding Cylpebs are cylindrical steel grinding media engineered for demanding grinding applications in mining, mineral processing, cement and other industrial milling operations. Designed as an alternative to conventional grinding balls, steel cylpebs provide a distinctive cylindrical geometry and increased contact area with the material, making them particularly suitable for secondary grinding, fine grinding and regrinding applications.
