HUATAO EPDM Rubber Filter Belt is designed for horizontal vacuum filtration processes involving elevated temperatures, chemical exposure and demanding continuous operating conditions. EPDM provides excellent resistance to heat, oxidation, weathering and selected acidic or alkaline environments, making it suitable for chemical, fertilizer, environmental and FGD applications. The belt incorporates precision drainage grooves and holes that efficiently transfer filtrate from the filter cloth to the vacuum box. High-strength textile reinforcement helps control elongation and maintain dimensional stability throughout the filtration cycle. HUATAO can customize belt width, thickness, groove geometry, drainage-hole arrangement and raised side edges according to specific equipment requirements. Typical applications include FGD gypsum, chemical sludge, fertilizer processing and industrial solid-liquid separation.
