HUATAO FGD Gypsum Vacuum Filter Rubber Belt is developed for continuous gypsum dewatering in flue gas desulfurization systems used by thermal power plants and industrial environmental projects. The belt supports the filter cloth while molded drainage grooves and holes rapidly transfer filtrate toward the vacuum chamber, helping achieve stable vacuum conditions and consistent gypsum cake formation. Rubber compounds can be selected according to process temperature, chemical composition and operating environment, with EPDM available for applications requiring improved heat and chemical resistance. Reinforced textile carcass construction provides tensile strength and minimizes unwanted elongation. HUATAO can customize belt width, thickness, drainage groove configuration, hole spacing and side-dam profile according to existing filtration equipment, making it suitable for both new installations and replacement projects.
