HUATAO Rubber Filter Belts are heavy-duty drainage and support belts engineered for continuous solid-liquid separation on Horizontal Vacuum Belt Filters (HVBF). Also known as Vacuum Filter Belts or Rubber Drainage Belts, these belts are widely used for dewatering mineral concentrates, tailings, coal fines and other abrasive industrial slurries.
Unlike ordinary conveyor belts, a rubber filter belt performs several functions simultaneously. It supports the filter cloth and filter cake, transfers the load through the filtration zone, provides drainage channels for filtrate removal and maintains effective contact with the vacuum box.
The belt surface incorporates precisely molded drainage grooves, slots and drainage holes. Liquid passing through the filter cloth enters these channels and is rapidly directed toward the vacuum box, helping maintain stable vacuum conditions and efficient cake dewatering.
HUATAO provides customized and replacement rubber belts for horizontal vacuum filters according to equipment drawings, existing belt dimensions, operating conditions and slurry characteristics.
