HUATAO Grooved Rubber Filter Belt is designed to improve filtrate drainage in continuous horizontal vacuum belt filtration systems. Its molded groove network creates controlled drainage channels beneath the filter cloth, allowing liquid to move rapidly toward the drainage holes and vacuum box while the solid material forms a filter cake above. Different groove depths, widths, pitches and drainage patterns can be engineered according to filtration capacity and equipment configuration. The rubber body is reinforced with high-tensile EP or NN fabric to provide excellent strength, low elongation and stable tracking performance. HUATAO offers multiple rubber compounds for abrasive, corrosive, hot or oil-containing process environments. Applications include mineral concentrate dewatering, tailings, coal fines, phosphates, FGD gypsum, chemical slurry and industrial wastewater filtration.
