HUATAO Rubber Drainage Belt is specially designed for horizontal vacuum filtration systems requiring rapid filtrate discharge and stable vacuum performance. The belt surface features engineered drainage grooves, channels and holes that collect liquid passing through the filter cloth and direct it toward the vacuum chamber. Groove width, depth, pitch and drainage-hole spacing can be customized according to filtration capacity and existing equipment design. Reinforced EP/NN fabric layers provide high tensile strength and help minimize belt stretching during continuous operation. HUATAO offers NR, SBR, EPDM, NBR and CR rubber compounds for different abrasive, corrosive and temperature conditions. This grooved rubber filter belt is suitable for mining, metallurgy, fertilizer, chemical processing, FGD gypsum and industrial sludge dewatering applications.
