HUATAO Heavy Duty Rubber Filter Belt is engineered for continuous solid-liquid separation on Horizontal Vacuum Belt Filters (HVBF). Installed beneath the filter cloth, the belt provides reliable support while molded drainage grooves and precisely positioned drainage holes guide filtrate efficiently into the vacuum box. High-strength EP or NN fabric reinforcement provides excellent tensile strength, low elongation and dimensional stability during continuous operation. Rubber compounds including NR, SBR, EPDM, NBR and CR can be selected according to abrasion, temperature and chemical conditions. HUATAO Rubber Filter Belts are widely used for mineral concentrates, tailings, coal fines, phosphates, chemicals and FGD gypsum dewatering. Belt width, thickness, groove profile, hole arrangement and side dams can be customized for new equipment or OEM replacement projects.
