Designed for demanding industrial environments, HUATAO rubber filter belts combine wear-resistant rubber compounds with high-strength EP/NN fabric reinforcement, providing excellent tensile strength, low elongation, dimensional stability and resistance to abrasion and chemical attack. Available compounds include NR, SBR, EPDM, NBR and CR, allowing the belt to be matched to different slurry compositions, temperatures and operating conditions.
Our Horizontal Vacuum Belt Filter Belts are widely used in mining and mineral processing, metallurgy, phosphates and fertilizers, chemical processing, FGD gypsum dewatering, power plants and industrial wastewater treatment. Typical applications include iron ore, copper, gold, nickel and other mineral concentrates, coal fines, tailings, phosphoric acid, gypsum and various industrial slurries.
