Resistant to acids, alkalis, and corrosion, it performs well in concentrate dehydration and chip removal. Its precise seams (0.2mm to 0.8mm) ensure accurate particle grading. The low friction surface prevents sticking, reducing clogging, while elasticity enables high throughput and efficient dewatering—vital for dry tailings discharge. Customizable in size (305×610mm, 500×500mm) and installation (bolts, Card slot type，rail seats), it fits any system. The double-hardness MDI structure (soft top, hard base) minimizes blockages, boosting efficiency and longevity.
