Acid and alkali resistant, it handles corrosive conditions in carbon slurry separation and concentrate processing. Precise seams (0.075mm to 0.8mm) ensure accurate grading of various particle sizes. The low friction surface prevents sticking, reducing clogging, while its elasticity enables high throughput and efficient dewatering—critical for tailings dry discharge. Custom sizes (305×305mm, 600×600mm) and installation methods (nails, bolts, rail seats) allow easy integration. The double-hardness MDI design reduces blockages, improving efficiency and extending service life, ensuring reliable performance.
