HUATAO Mining Vacuum Filter Belt is developed for demanding mineral processing applications where abrasive slurry, heavy cake loading and continuous operation place high mechanical demands on filtration components. The reinforced rubber construction provides excellent wear resistance, tensile strength and dimensional stability. Precision-molded drainage grooves and drainage holes promote rapid filtrate evacuation and help maintain efficient vacuum suction across the filtration area. HUATAO can customize the belt according to ore characteristics, equipment dimensions and operating conditions. Typical applications include iron ore, copper, gold, nickel and zinc concentrates, coal fines, phosphate rock, lithium materials and mine tailings. For replacement projects, belt dimensions, drainage patterns, side edges and reinforcement structures can be manufactured according to existing drawings or samples.
