Product Information
HUATAO Wear Resistant Rubber Filter Belt provides a durable filtration solution for abrasive mineral slurry and mine tailings dewatering. Manufactured with specially selected wear-resistant rubber and reinforced fabric carcass, the belt is designed to withstand continuous friction, high cake loading and repeated flexing in heavy-duty filtration systems. Molded drainage grooves allow filtrate to flow efficiently toward strategically positioned drainage holes, supporting stable vacuum performance and consistent cake formation. Natural Rubber and other elastomer compounds can be selected according to slurry composition and operating conditions. HUATAO supplies customized rubber filter belts for iron ore, copper, gold, coal, phosphate and other mineral processing plants. Belt dimensions, groove patterns, drainage holes, reinforcement and edge profiles can be produced according to OEM drawings or existing belt samples.
