Our High-Pressure Water Mist Dust Suppression System uses pressurized water and specially designed nozzles to generate fine droplets for airborne dust control. It is developed for industrial environments where conventional water spraying may not provide sufficient coverage or may consume excessive amounts of water.
The system is suitable for mining plants, aggregate processing facilities, coal handling systems, quarries, and mineral processing operations. It can be installed at crusher outlets, conveyor transfer points, screening machines, material loading areas, stockpiles, and other locations where dust is continuously generated.
The key to an effective dust suppression system is not simply the amount of water used, but the relationship between droplet size, dust particle size, spray pattern, pressure, and installation position. Our system can therefore be configured according to the actual operating conditions of each site. Different nozzle designs can be used to achieve cone, fan, or other spray patterns depending on the required coverage.
The water supply section may include a high-pressure pump, water tank, filtration unit, pressure control components, and pipelines. For automated applications, electrical control components can be integrated with the customer's existing equipment or operating system.
The system provides targeted dust control while maintaining a compact installation footprint. It can also be expanded or modified when production capacity changes. For transfer points and conveyors, spray placement is especially important. Sprays should be directed toward the material or dust source rather than unnecessarily wetting the belt or surrounding equipment. Excessive water can contribute to carryback, chute blockage or increased material moisture, while insufficient moisture may leave airborne dust uncontrolled.
