HUATAO Ceramic Lined Hydrocyclone Spigot is developed for highly abrasive mineral slurries where conventional elastomer wear parts may require frequent replacement. High alumina ceramic provides exceptional hardness and excellent resistance to continuous sliding abrasion, making it suitable for demanding iron ore, copper, gold and other hard-mineral processing circuits. Installed at the hydrocyclone underflow discharge, the ceramic spigot helps protect this high-wear zone while maintaining the required discharge bore for stable operation. HUATAO can customize the internal diameter, external dimensions, ceramic lining arrangement and mounting configuration according to customer drawings or existing samples. Our ceramic hydrocyclone apex and spigot liners are suitable for classification, grinding, desliming and tailings circuits where longer wear intervals can help reduce maintenance frequency and plant downtime.
