HUATAO Hydrocyclone Apex & Spigot Inserts are designed for reliable underflow control in demanding mineral processing and slurry classification applications. Located at the bottom discharge of the hydrocyclone, the apex is continuously exposed to high-velocity abrasive particles and is therefore one of the most critical wear components. HUATAO offers customized apex inserts in polyurethane, wear-resistant rubber, high alumina ceramic and silicon carbide to suit different abrasion, impact and corrosion conditions. Accurate bore dimensions help maintain stable underflow geometry and consistent cyclone performance throughout service life. Our hydrocyclone spigots are widely used in iron ore, gold, copper, lithium, coal, mineral sands, aggregates and tailings processing. OEM-compatible replacements can be manufactured according to drawings, samples, dimensions and operating requirements.
