Different conveyor systems require different pulley dimensions, belt specifications and operating conditions. Ceramic Pulley Lagging can therefore be customized according to pulley diameter, face width, conveyor belt width, belt speed, belt tension, material characteristics and installation requirements. Ceramic grade, rubber compound, tile pattern and lagging thickness can also be selected according to the application. This customization allows the lagging system to match the actual conveyor design and provides a suitable solution for demanding mining and bulk material handling applications.
