HUATAO Heavy-Duty Mining Guide Trough is designed for transfer points handling abrasive and high-volume bulk materials. In mining operations, material discharged from crushers, screens and feeders can generate significant impact and spillage if the loading area is not properly contained. The guide trough and skirtboard provide structural containment, while wear liners protect the internal surfaces from abrasive material. Flexible rubber or polyurethane seals close the belt-side gap and help control fines and dust. Adjustable clamps can be used to simplify sealing adjustment and replacement during maintenance. The system can be customized according to belt width, material density, particle size, belt speed, transfer height and conveyor geometry. It is suitable for mineral processing plants, aggregate operations and other heavy-duty conveyor applications.
