HUATAO Conveyor Skirtboard & Wear Liner System combines material containment with impact and abrasion protection at conveyor transfer points. The skirtboard helps prevent bulk material from escaping sideways, while the wear liner protects the chute and structural components from direct contact with conveyed material. Flexible skirt seals provide additional sealing along the belt edges and help contain fines and dust. This layered design reduces the load placed on the sealing rubber and can improve overall system durability. Rubber, polyurethane and steel wear liners are available according to application requirements. The system can be customized for belt width, skirtboard length, trough angle and mounting arrangement. It is suitable for mining, aggregates, coal, cement, steel and other bulk material handling industries.
