The Mining Mist Pole is a practical dust suppression solution designed for mines, quarries, aggregate plants, coal handling facilities, and mineral processing operations. Dust is commonly generated during crushing, screening, conveying, loading, unloading, and stockpiling. When fine particles become airborne, they can spread throughout the working area and create challenges for site housekeeping, equipment maintenance, and environmental management. A properly positioned mist pole helps control these airborne particles directly at or near the dust generation point.

The system uses multiple water mist nozzles installed on a vertical pole to create a controlled spray pattern. Depending on the application, the nozzles can be selected according to required water flow, pressure, droplet size, and coverage area. The pole height and nozzle arrangement can also be customized to match different equipment layouts and installation conditions.
