During operation, the slurry enters the rotating bowl. Centrifugal force causes high-density particles to migrate toward the recovery area, while lighter material is transported away by water. The concentration surface is designed to retain valuable heavy minerals while allowing a significant portion of the lighter gangue to leave the machine.

The concentrator can be used as part of a complete alluvial gold recovery plant. It may be installed after a trommel screen, scrubber, vibrating screen, or other washing equipment. Depending on the flowsheet, the concentrate can then be upgraded using a shaking table or another gravity separation device.

Alluvial Gold Centrifugal Concentrators are available in different capacities for exploration, small-scale mining, and larger processing applications. The equipment can also be integrated into modular gold washing plants.

Advantage of Centrifugal Concentrator

Centrifugal Concentrators offer an efficient gravity separation solution for recovering free gold and other high-density minerals from mineral slurries. By generating an enhanced centrifugal force, they can improve the concentration of fine and ultra-fine heavy particles that may be difficult to recover with conventional gravity equipment. The compact design requires relatively little installation space and can be integrated into both alluvial and hard-rock gold processing plants. With no need for chemical reagents during the gravity concentration stage, the process is relatively simple and environmentally friendly. Centrifugal Concentrators can also be combined with ball mills, hydrocyclones, trommel screens, vibrating screens, shaking tables, and other mineral processing equipment to form a complete recovery circuit. Different models and operating configurations are available to accommodate various feed capacities and ore characteristics. With proper feed classification and operating control, the equipment can provide stable and continuous gravity concentration for placer gold, alluvial gold, and liberated gold from hard-rock ores.
