Anti-blinding polyurethane rods are designed to improve the operational performance of vibrating screens by reducing clogging and maintaining continuous material flow. During operation, the rods flex and rebound with the screen vibration, striking the underside or surface of the screening media to remove lodged particles. This repeated movement creates a self-cleaning effect that significantly reduces downtime caused by manual cleaning. Manufactured from high-quality polyurethane elastomers, the rods combine flexibility with excellent wear resistance and impact durability. They are suitable for harsh mining environments involving abrasive ore, damp coal, sticky clay, and wet aggregate materials.
