K-Deblinding rods are flexible polyurethane cleaning rods designed to improve the self-cleaning performance of vibrating screens and anti-clogging screen media. Installed across the screen deck, these rods use machine vibration to create repeated impact against the mesh surface, effectively preventing blinding and pegging. Their elastic polyurethane structure allows continuous movement during operation without damaging the screen mesh. The rods are especially effective for wet, sticky, clay-rich, or fine materials that tend to clog apertures and reduce screening efficiency.
