HUATAO Mining Conveyor Skirting System is developed for demanding bulk material handling environments where spillage, dust and abrasive materials can affect conveyor operation. Installed around transfer chutes and loading zones, the system forms a controlled area that helps keep material on the receiving belt. The skirtboard provides structural containment, while flexible rubber or polyurethane skirt seals close the gap between the chute and conveyor belt. Wear liners can be added to protect high-impact areas and extend service life. Depending on the application, customers can select natural rubber, SBR, polyurethane, rubber liners or steel wear plates. Belt width, speed, material characteristics, capacity, drop height and trough angle should be considered when designing the system. HUATAO supports both new installations and retrofit projects.
