HUATAO Conveyor Guide Chute for Mining is designed to guide bulk material from one processing stage to the receiving conveyor while helping reduce spillage and dust. It can be used below crushers, vibrating screens, hoppers, feeders and transfer points. The guide chute and skirtboard form a controlled loading area, while flexible skirt seals help close the gap along the conveyor belt edges. Wear-resistant liners can be installed inside areas exposed to impact and abrasion. The complete arrangement helps protect the conveyor structure and improve material containment. HUATAO offers customized chute-related skirtboard systems according to belt width, trough angle, material size, capacity and transfer-point geometry. Rubber, polyurethane and steel wear protection options can be selected for different operating conditions.
