HUATAO Heavy Duty Hydrocyclone Spigot is engineered for continuous operation in abrasive mining and mineral-processing environments. As the concentrated underflow passes through the spigot at high velocity, this component experiences intensive wear and requires materials capable of maintaining reliable performance under demanding slurry conditions. HUATAO offers heavy-duty spigots in polyurethane, rubber, high alumina ceramic and silicon carbide, allowing the wear material to be selected according to particle hardness, slurry concentration, impact level and required service life. Applications include iron ore, gold, copper, lithium, coal, aggregates and tailings processing. Customized bore diameter and installation dimensions are available for replacement projects. HUATAO can manufacture hydrocyclone spigot wear parts according to technical drawings, samples or measured dimensions for maintenance and OEM-compatible replacement requirements.
