Polyurethane conveyor belt cleaners are high-performance scraper systems designed to remove carryback material from conveyor belts and improve conveyor operating efficiency. Installed at the head pulley or return side of conveyor systems, polyurethane belt cleaners continuously scrape residual material from the belt surface, preventing buildup on rollers, pulleys, and conveyor structures.

Compared with traditional rubber or steel scrapers, polyurethane belt cleaners provide superior abrasion resistance, longer service life, and lower belt wear. Their flexible polyurethane blades maintain stable contact with the conveyor belt while minimizing friction and reducing maintenance requirements.
