An Alluvial Gold Centrifugal Concentrator is designed for recovering free gold from river sediments, placer deposits, gravel, sand, and other alluvial materials. It uses centrifugal force to increase the effective gravity acting on heavy particles, allowing gold to be concentrated from a flowing slurry.

Alluvial material normally contains a mixture of gold, sand, gravel, clay, and other heavy minerals. Before entering the concentrator, the feed is commonly screened, washed, or classified to control particle size and remove excessive oversize material. A properly prepared feed helps maintain stable operating conditions and reduces unnecessary interference inside the concentration bowl.

Centrifugal Concentrators offer an efficient gravity separation solution for recovering free gold and other high-density minerals from mineral slurries. By generating an enhanced centrifugal force, they can improve the concentration of fine and ultra-fine heavy particles that may be difficult to recover with conventional gravity equipment.
