HUATAO High Wear-Resistant Hydrocyclone Apex Nozzle is designed to withstand concentrated abrasive slurry in one of the highest-wear areas of a hydrocyclone. During mineral classification, coarse particles discharge through the apex at high velocity, continuously wearing the internal surface and gradually changing the discharge diameter. HUATAO provides PU, rubber, alumina ceramic and silicon carbide apex nozzle options to meet different abrasion, impact and corrosion requirements. Precision-controlled bore dimensions help maintain the required underflow geometry and support stable cyclone operating conditions. The products are suitable for iron ore, gold, copper, coal, lithium, mineral sands and aggregate processing, as well as tailings and dewatering systems. Customized dimensions and structures are available according to drawings, samples and operating data, allowing HUATAO to support both replacement and project requirements.
