HUATAO Hydrocyclone Underflow Discharge Nozzle is a critical process and wear component designed to control the discharge of coarse and high-density particles from the bottom of a hydrocyclone. Also known as a hydrocyclone apex or spigot nozzle, its internal bore influences underflow capacity and operating conditions. Continuous abrasive slurry can gradually enlarge the opening, making regular inspection and timely replacement important for reliable classification. HUATAO supplies underflow nozzles in polyurethane, wear-resistant rubber, alumina ceramic and silicon carbide for different slurry characteristics and wear conditions.
