HUATAO Conveyor Guide Trough for Conveyor Belt is designed to create a controlled material-loading zone at conveyor transfer points. When bulk material falls from a crusher, screen, hopper, feeder or upstream conveyor, impact and turbulence can cause material to move toward the belt edges, resulting in spillage and airborne dust. The guide trough and skirtboard help keep material centered, while flexible skirt seals close the gap between the chute and moving belt. The system can incorporate wear liners and proper belt support to protect the sealing rubber from excessive impact and abrasion. Rubber, SBR and polyurethane options are available for different material and operating conditions.
