HUATAO Mining Hydrocyclone Apex & Wear Parts are developed for abrasive classification, grinding, desliming, dewatering and tailings circuits across the mineral-processing industry. The apex, or spigot, forms the hydrocyclone underflow opening and is subjected to continuous wear from concentrated coarse-particle slurry. HUATAO supplies replaceable apex inserts, spigot liners and underflow nozzles in polyurethane, wear-resistant rubber, high alumina ceramic and silicon carbide. Different materials can be selected according to slurry abrasiveness, particle size, impact conditions and maintenance requirements. Products are suitable for iron ore, copper, gold, lithium, coal, mineral sands and aggregate processing. HUATAO supports customized bore diameters, external dimensions and connection structures based on drawings, samples or cyclone specifications, providing practical replacement solutions for mining plants and equipment maintenance.
