Product Information
HUATAO Spiral Sand Washer can be used in suitable mineral washing and desliming applications where surface contamination needs to be reduced. The machine combines water washing, mechanical agitation and spiral conveying in one continuous process. Feed material is scrubbed inside the washing trough, helping release clay, mud and other unwanted surface impurities. Heavier cleaned particles are transported toward the discharge end, while lighter contaminants are carried away through overflow water. Depending on the process design, the washer can be combined with vibrating screens, hydrocyclones, dewatering screens and feeders. The final configuration should be based on the actual mineral material and plant conditions.
