Product Information
The Double Screw Sand Washer is designed for applications requiring higher material handling rates. It contains two parallel spiral shafts inside the washing trough, providing increased washing and conveying capacity compared with a conventional single-screw configuration. It can be considered for larger sand washing and aggregate processing plants where a higher volume of material needs to be cleaned continuously. The actual configuration should be determined according to feed capacity, material size, clay content, water availability and required final product quality.
