Product Information
The Spiral Sand Washer can serve as part of a complete sand washing and fines-recovery circuit. In a typical processing line, it can be integrated with crushing equipment, vibrating screens, hydrocyclones, dewatering screens and feeders according to the required process. The washer provides continuous mechanical scrubbing and water washing, while the inclined spiral structure transports cleaned material toward the discharge. Adjustable overflow arrangements allow the washing conditions to be adapted to different materials and operating requirements. For projects requiring a lower final moisture content, a dedicated dewatering screen can be added after washing.
