HUATAO Spiral Chute provides a continuous gravity separation solution without requiring complicated mechanical movement inside the spiral body. Feed slurry is evenly distributed and enters the upper spiral section before flowing continuously downward. Gravity, centrifugal force, fluid resistance and friction cause particles to stratify according to density and size. Heavy minerals move toward the inner part of the spiral flow, while lighter gangue moves outward. Mineral bands can then be divided into concentrate, middlings and tailings through adjustable splitters. Because the spiral body does not require a complex mechanical drive system, the equipment has relatively simple operating requirements and few moving components. It can be incorporated into roughing, cleaning, scavenging and pre-concentration circuits depending on ore characteristics.
