Product Information
HUATAO Spiral Chute can be incorporated into gravity gold recovery circuits for suitable alluvial and placer gold ores. After appropriate screening and classification, the spiral chute can process sand and slurry streams containing free heavy minerals. Its separation process is based on differences in particle density and size rather than complicated mechanical movement. As slurry travels down the spiral surface, heavy particles tend to concentrate toward the inner flow area, while lighter materials move toward the outer section. The resulting mineral bands can be divided using adjustable splitters. This makes the spiral chute suitable for selected roughing, cleaning or scavenging duties in gold processing circuits. Actual performance depends on ore characteristics, liberation size, feed particle distribution, pulp density and operating conditions.
