HUATAO supplies Spiral Chute solutions for mining and mineral processing projects with different feed materials, capacities and separation requirements. Equipment configuration can be customized according to mineral type, feed particle size, processing capacity, installation space and required separation stages. Important selection parameters include spiral diameter, pitch, number of starts, feed particle size and pulp density. Customers can provide ore type, laboratory test results, feed particle-size distribution, feed capacity and target recovery or concentrate grade to support equipment selection. For larger projects, multiple spiral separators can be arranged in parallel to form a gravity separation circuit. This approach allows the spiral chute configuration to be matched to the customer's existing beneficiation process.
