HUATAO Spiral Chute combines a lightweight FRP structure with a wear-resistant polyurethane lining. This construction is designed for mineral processing environments where equipment is continuously exposed to abrasive slurry, moisture and corrosive conditions. The polyurethane working surface provides resistance to abrasive mineral particles, while the fiberglass reinforced structure helps reduce overall equipment weight. Compared with conventional metal structures, the FRP and polyurethane construction can help reduce corrosion-related maintenance and simplify handling and installation. Depending on project requirements, HUATAO can supply feed distributors, support structures, product collection boxes and adjustable splitters. The spiral chute can also be configured as multi-start equipment or arranged into spiral banks for larger processing capacities.
