Product Information
HUATAO Spiral Sand Washer is designed for continuous washing, cleaning, classification and partial dewatering of sand, gravel and suitable mineral materials. The machine uses an inclined washing trough and rotating spiral screw. During operation, water and feed material enter the washing area, where the spiral continuously agitates, scrubs and transports the material. Friction between particles helps release clay, mud, dust and other surface impurities, while lighter suspended contaminants move toward the overflow. Cleaned and heavier material is conveyed toward the discharge end. The equipment is suitable for natural sand, manufactured sand, river sand, crushed stone and aggregate materials. Single-screw and double-screw configurations are available according to processing capacity and plant requirements.
