Product Information
The HUATAO Screw Sand Washer provides a practical solution for cleaning aggregates in quarry and construction material plants. It combines water washing with mechanical scrubbing to improve the cleanliness of processed sand and aggregate. As the spiral rotates, material is lifted, turned and rubbed inside the washing trough, helping separate clay, mud and unwanted surface fines. The inclined structure also transports washed material toward the discharge point while allowing some natural drainage. The machine can be used for limestone, granite, basalt, river gravel and other suitable aggregates. When lower final moisture is required, a dewatering screen can be added downstream.
