Manufactured sand may contain excess stone powder, clay and unwanted fines after crushing and screening. HUATAO Spiral Sand Washer is designed to help clean this material before it enters downstream processing or final product handling. The rotating spiral creates continuous agitation and friction, allowing water to wash away unwanted contaminants. The machine simultaneously performs washing and material conveying, making it suitable for continuous-duty sand washing plants. The configuration can be selected according to feed capacity, material characteristics, clay content, required washing quality and available water supply. It can also be combined with screening and dewatering equipment for a more complete processing system.
