Product Information
The Single Screw Sand Washer is a practical choice for conventional sand and aggregate washing applications. It uses one spiral shaft to agitate, scrub and transport material through an inclined washing trough. The relatively simple configuration makes the equipment suitable for small- to medium-scale washing plants where continuous cleaning is required. It can process suitable natural sand, manufactured sand, gravel and crushed stone. The final equipment configuration should be selected according to feed capacity, material characteristics, clay content, required washing efficiency, water supply and downstream equipment. This allows the machine to be incorporated into different quarry, aggregate and mineral processing layouts.
