Designed for dewatering and classification, polyurethane dewatering screen panels combine a steel frame and polyurethane surface for durability. The steel core ensures tensile strength, while the polyurethane exterior resists abrasion—lasting 3–8 times longer than metal screens. This makes them perfect for mining and construction.

These panels come in 30mm, 45mm, and 50mm thicknesses, with slot openings (0.1–2.5mm width; 4–16mm length) for precise water separation from fine materials like ores. Screen dimensions (widths 305mm, 500mm, 515mm; lengths 305mm to 1220mm) fit most vibrating screens, ensuring compatibility.

Connection options—bolts, trim strips—simplify installation. Their anti-blinding design prevents clogging, maintaining throughput, while low noise and lightweight properties enhance usability. They also aid desliming, guiding materials along a ramp to maximize water removal from coal.
