HUATAO Spiral Chute can be configured with single, double, triple or multi-start spiral designs according to processing requirements. Multiple spiral starts or separate spiral units can be arranged into concentrator banks for higher throughput. The modular design allows the equipment configuration to be adapted to different plant capacities and installation requirements. The spiral chute itself has no complex internal mechanical movement, allowing continuous gravity separation with relatively simple maintenance requirements. Depending on the process flowsheet, the equipment can perform roughing, cleaning, scavenging or pre-concentration duties. Before selecting the final configuration, customers should provide ore type, feed capacity, particle-size range, pulp density and required recovery or concentrate grade.
